Located in Lafreniere Park, Tripp’s Treehouse inclusive playground enables children of all abilities to play side by side. In Jefferson Parish, 1 in 10 people have a disability. Building an inclusive playground will break down barriers and unite families, fostering a sense of belonging where all children feel valued and respected. Research shows that when children thrive, communities thrive.
Jefferson Parish has partnered with Unlimited Play to create this destination playground that will allow thousands of children to play, learn, and grow together. Tripp’s Treehouse will be a place where limitations are forgotten and differences are celebrated.
